Over 50% of deferred work converted through our unique mileage based amber maintenance plans.

 

We recently provided the most compelling evidence to use our unique workshop eVHC and customer engagement platform, after a forward-thinking workshop reported a 51% success rate in amber follow-up bookings.

Using Bamboo Marketing to call Tyres Northampton customers who were due work identified by their technicians in their vehicle health checks, we reported significant results.

We are the only solution in the aftermarket to offer mileage-based vehicle maintenance plans – not to mention bespoke score-based customer reports – and we now have our most compelling evidence for adoption of our software, via the Pirelli Performance Centre in Northampton.

Using the maintenance plan data which accurately identifies vehicle’s that are due for follow-up work based on the vehicle’s daily mileage, 51% were booked back in – 27% more than the industry average of 24%.

Moreover, garages gain an added sense of transparency and professionalism, as all work is communicated clearly and effectively, which motorists appreciate. Crucially, 98% of all Tyres Northampton’s customers who had received a digital report, already understood what work was needed and when, and were happy to receive the follow-up phone call.
