Last month our Auto3iii co-founder Jeremy ‘JJ’ Edgell visited the global software development team in China to discuss our plans to accelerate the UK business.

A significant part of the discussions involved the integration of Auto3iii into the major Dealer Management Systems to enhance our services and make us easier to do business with.

We are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and the impact these integrations will have on our customer experience platform very soon.

As part of the trip JJ had the pleasure of visiting the most successful Audi China dealership, Zhong Run Fa in Beijing, where they handle an eye watering 160 cars per day.

The customer experience is paramount to this dealership, which is one of the many reasons they are using our customer journey platform. Their directors told JJ that Auto3iii has helped to boost transparency and trust with the customer – a key feature in their success.

In addition they are installing on the roof of the dealership a fully functioning coffee shop, BBQ area and even talk of a tennis court!
